8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Disputes between the User and the Administration will be resolved as follows:
8.1.1. The claimant must send a written or electronic complaint in advance.
8.1.2. The recipient of the complaint is obliged to inform the claimant about the results of the complaint review within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
8.1.3. If the parties do not reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved in court.
